TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL RULES

• Participants must ensure they are medically fit to run.
• A valid Government ID is mandatory during BIB distribution.
• Organisers reserve the right to modify the route, timings, or event schedule for safety or security reasons.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Participant-Initiated Cancellations

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in genuine emergency situations such as:

• Serious medical conditions with a valid medical certificate.
• Hospitalisation, accident, or medical emergencies preventing participation.
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond the participant’s control.

Event-Initiated Cancellations

• If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions, government orders, or other unavoidable issues, organisers will attempt to reschedule.
• If rescheduled, all registrations will automatically shift to the new date.
• If the event cannot be rescheduled, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded within 45 days of the official cancellation announcement.

3. LIABILITY

• Participation is at the individual’s own risk.
• Organisers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• A medical team will be available, but organisers are not liable for any medical emergencies or outcomes.

4. BIB COLLECTION & TIMINGS

• Details of BIB distribution and reporting time will be shared 5 days before the event.
• Timing BIBs (where applicable) must be worn visibly throughout the run.
• Participants without a valid BIB will not be permitted to run.

5. DISPUTE CLAUSE

• All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Raigad & Navi Mumbai Courts only.
